Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities

• Responsible for matching & updating of AR receipts.
• Responsible for data entry of AR & AP Invoices
• Providing admin support for finance division
• Assist in preparing of cheques
• Any other duties as and when directed by the Management.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
• Preferable with 1 year of relevant working experience
• Must be meticulous and able to work independently
• Good analytical skills and positive attitude with pleasant personality
• Must be able to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environment

Payroll Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for payroll processing and e-filing of monthly CPF contributions
- Ensure staff records are updated in the HR system
- Assist in annual salary review exercise by updating approved salaries in the HR system
- Perform e-filing of income tax returns
- Responsible for NSmen make up pay claims, government-paid maternity leave claims, etc
- Generate payroll related reports
- Assist finance division in checking & updating of staff costing
- Assist finance in audit schedules, mainly on payroll related information
- Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

- Relevant tertiary education in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Good knowledge of local employment legislations, CPF Act, and income tax regulations
- Experience with Times Software system is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Meticulous, accurate and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven, resourceful and a good team player
