Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities:

You will handle payroll administration using Ready Software for 400+ employees and assist the HR Manager in recruitment and selection . In addition, you are required to handle work pass related issues, leave and other benefits administration.

Job Requirements:

You must possess a minimum Diploma in HR and have at least 3 years’ related experience. You must be meticulous, energetic with a pleasant and outgoing personality, and possess strong writing and organisational skills.

Retail Assistant (Pharmacy)

Job Responsibilities:

You will provide customer service at the retail pharmacy, replenish stocks, monitor inventory and cashier duties. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

You should possess at least GCE ‘N’ level with at least 1 year’s relevant experience and be willing to work shift including weekends and public holidays.

Retail Executive

Job Responsibilities:

You will identify and promote sale of products in the retail pharmacy, as well as oversee merchandising and perform all retail-related back-end administrative duties such as receiving, invoice processing, stocking-taking etc.

Job Requirements:

You should be a Diploma holder with at least 3 years’ retail merchandising experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Patient Service Officers

Position 1 - Patient Service Officer (Patient Service Centre) - Permanent Night Shift (5 work & 5 off roster)

Job Responsibilities:

You will process in-patient admissions, provide financial counseling to patients, process discharge bills and attend to cashiering duties and birth registrations/baby bonus applications. You will be required to perform permanent night shift.

Job Requirements:

You should possess at least a GCE ‘O’ level with at least 1 year’s experience, preferable in a hospital environment. You should also have a pleasant personality and be service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Position 2 - Patient Service Officer (Parentcraft Centre) - Office Hours

Job Responsibilities:

You are required to manage the administration of all booking of courses and trainings, and maximise sales of retail products. You will also be required to co-ordinate regular orders of retail products with suppliers and product promotions based on market demands or other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

You must possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level, with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good knowledge of MS Office applications.
