We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the following vacancies :

Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities :

- Prepare invoices, monthly statements
- Filing of documents such as invoices, vouchers
- Maintain & update Delivery Orders reference records
- Update GL records and posting of transactions
- Prepare payments, receipts and other accounting records

Requirements :

- Minimum SPM or higher qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL accounting system an advantage
- Computer literate (MS Excel, Words)
- Good communication skills
- No experience required as training will be provided
