1. ACCOUNTANT (Urgent Hiring!!)

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduates of  Management and Business Courses BS Accountancy graduate, CPA an advantage
- Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
- experience in credit and collection, preferably in a sales accounts receivables
- experience in a corporate environment; highly proficient in computer application and programs; well versed in payables, receivables, general ledger, financial statements, cashiering inventory, costing of imported and local products, analysis of expense reports, etc.
- Demonstrate personal integrity, honesty, confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
- Organized decision making skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform any combination of routine supplier invoice and/or employee expense report data entry, documentation support verification, invoice or expense report re-processing, general ledger account coding, document scanning, filing and calculating duties to assist in the accounts payable process and maintain accounts payable records.
- Enters into the system supplier invoice details of business transactions.
- Match supplier invoices, PO, and acknowledgement of goods received within the accounts payable system.
- Verify and/or obtain proper approvals for all invoices and expenses.
- Code invoice according to proper location and GL Account number.
- Process Check Requests.
- Process Employee expense reports for payment with proper approvals.
- Prepare approved batches for payment processing.

2. PROGRAMMER (Urgent Hiring!!)

Responsibilities:

- Preferred Skills: VB6, Visual Studio 2005, Web Development, ASP.NET, ASP Classic, C#.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and modifying existing Crystal reports.
- Must have good organization and communication skills. Interact with Customers and Business representatives for requirements gathering, process definition, testing, project monitoring.
- Must be able to produce clear and concise technical documentation of each application.
- Candidate should be comfortable in a small programming team environment and be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Candidate must be willing to start as soon as possible.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): ASP.NET or MSSQL/My SQL/Oracle, Crystal Reports.
- Required language(s): Filipino, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
