We are a subsidiary of a Public Listed Company and well established distributor of Nissan Diesel Heavy Commercial Vehicles (trucks & buses) in Malaysia. In line with our expansion plan, we invite suitably qualified Malaysian to fill the following vacancy :

CREDIT CONTROL AND COLLECTION EXECUTIVE

Location : Selangor - Batu Caves

Responsibilities :-

- Provide timely and quality customer service in the collection of debts.
- Monitor monthly overdue and manage bad debts level
- Ensure timely Service Billings are done accurately and promptly.
- Review with the respective branches on the debtors and ensure collection.
- Meet-up with debtors to resolve outstanding credits and resolves disputes including liaison with lawyers on legal action.
- Credit check on new customers and evaluate the credit limit
- Prepare analysis and reports
- Assist in the formulation, implementation and timely review on the credit control policies.

Requirements :-

- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in Credit Control and collection.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
- Possess own transport and able to travel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
