We are a leading Bumiputra laboratory Products Company involved in the marketing of a range of an internationally established diagnostic instruments and reagents. We seek suitable candidates to meet our expansion plans as follows:-

CREDIT CONTROL OFFICER

Requirements:

The suitable candidate should possess the following requirements:-

- Possess a qualification of a Degree / Diploma in Accountancy / Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in the financial service and / in payment collections and dunning
- Preferably male
- Must possess own transport and valid driving license
- Must have good communication skills and conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- PC literate and knowledge in ERP software will be an added advantage
- Self starter with good organization skill, multitasking, independent and result oriented
- Good numerical, accounts reconciliation and problem solving skill
- 5 working days

Job scope:

- Responsible for collection tracking by ensuring that all invoices that go out are collected
- Keep track of the customer’s that have not been paid within the specific payment period
- Responsible for collection accounts by ensuring that all collected funds are applied to the accounts in the general ledger and that all accounting reporting about these revenues is conducted
- Provide accounts receivable reports on regular basis to Finance and Admin Manager
