We are a well-established electrical trading company based in Kepong looking for young dynamic and self-motivated candidates for the following positions:

Customer Service Associate (2 positions)

Responsibilities :

* To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required

* Process and follow through customer requests or complaints

* Prepare sales quotations and handle sales order from customers where necessary

* Deliver and maintain quality customer service

Requirements :

* Age 18-23 years old

* Minimum SPM. (Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply as intensive training will be provided.)

* Pleasant personality

* Good command of spoken English, BM, Mandarin and major Chinese dialects

* Must be able to work as a team

* Computer literate

* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

* Accommodation provided for outstation staff
