FINANCE & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

- To lead the local Finance and Accounts team to manage the day-to-day operations and perform management accounting activities including preparation of financial accounts, cash flow planning, performance reviews, budgeting, credit controls, etc.
- To ensure the compliance in local accounting standards, statutory filing requirements and reporting in line with the Group’s emphasis on timely reporting and accountability.
- To oversee the full sets of accounts for overseas subsidiary companies.
- To liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other statutory authorities.
- To formulate and monitor policy and procedures in relation to debtors’ collection and inventory management
- To coordinate to ensure annual audit of the company are completed timely.
- To perform any other related duties that the management may assigned from time to time

Requirements:

- Must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in Accounting / Finance
- Must be willing to travel overseas
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required
- Preferable Chinese speaking candidate; aged 28 ~ 35 years old
- Proficient in English, Malay & Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Well verse with Microsoft applications and computerized Accounting environment
- Meticulous, analytical, self-motivated and result oriented
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills and team spirit
- Possess good leadership quality and able to lead a team of accounting staff
