PARALEGAL

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess a basic recognized law degree.
- Possess good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge/Experience in Intellectual Property law will be an advantage.
- Independent, resourceful and keen to learn.
- Preference will be given to those with Patent/Trademark Experience.
- Training will be provided both locally and abroad.

REGISTERED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONSULTANT

Requirements:

- Candidate must be a qualified and registered Intellectual Property Consultant with Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights, Department of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Possess a basic Science or Law Degree.
- Possess good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge and Experience in Intellectual Property law will be an advantage.
- Independent, resourceful and keen to learn.
- Preference will be given to those with Patent/Trademark Experience.
- Freelance Registered Patent Agents will be considered for this post.

LAWYER / ADVOCATE

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess Advocate License from PERADI.
- Possess good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge/Experience in Intellectual Property law will be an advantage.
- Independent, resourceful and keen to learn.
- Preference will be given to those with Patent/Trademark Experience.
