Job Vacancy as Operations Admin Executive at Pantrade Electrical Pte Ltd in Malaysia
Established in 1996, Pantrade Electrical Pte Ltd is providing value added distribution of Premium Brand Products to reseller channels in Singapore. We select and focus only on quality/reliable products that represent the very best of a technology category and establish a market presence. We distribute our products through resellers such as retailers, chain stores and directly to corporate resellers. With nearly 10 years experience in the distribution business ensures our products get to where the consumers want them.
Today, Pantrade has earned itself a reputation in the retail channels for having a through knowledge. We are also being recognise as a top class retail partners with Best Denki, Courts, Harvey Norman, Carrefour, Challenger, Mustafa and Apple Centres. To complement our distribution services, we provide after sales support to our customers and end-users. We also provide channel prohrams such as creative marketing and promotional activity, as well as regular reseller training.
Currently, we are expanding our channels through our office in Malaysia and Thailand.
Operations Admin Executive
Requirements :
- Operating Microsoft Office and Windows System
- Good Oral and Written communication
- Competence in Employment Acc, EPF, SOCSO, HRD and payroll
- Certificate in HR/PM or equivalent if no experience
- Minimum SPM or equivalent with 2 years working experience
- Candidates must be a Malaysian Citizen
- Preferably candidate who able to communicate in Mandarin or Chinese dialects
- Self initiative and able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Quick response and competence in operating the telephone console
- Good customer service
Responsibilities :
- Generating order entry
- Recording inventory and responsible for in/out-coming shipment
- Issuing stocks, sales invoice, sales quotation
- Entry/typing/filing of accounts data
- Handle incoming telephone calls and enquiries
- Handle daily outgoing mails/couriers/faxes
- Run errands and attend to bank as and when required
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Any other general task assigned by immediate supervisor
