Urgently Required:

Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Perform inter-company transactions/billings and bank reconciliations
- Updating of sales invoice index
- Processing of revenue receipt and updating of customers’ accounts
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements to accounts payable ledger on a regular basis
- Processing of cheques/TT for making payments to vendors/intercompanies
- Ensure completeness of supporting documents submitted for payments
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Perform and check inter-company reconciliation
- Handle general ledger and other accounting-related services
- Assist in SAP implementation and migration
- Checking of invoices, petty cash disbursement and processing of payments
- Performa banking transactions
- Prepare audit schedules
- Other accounting & administrative duties as required
- Any other reporting requirements and ah-hoc duties

Requirements:

- LCCI/ CAT certifications/ Diploma in Accountancy
- Those pursuing ACCA will also be considered
- Min 1-2 years of experience in accounting
- Eager to lean in a dynamic environment
- Good accounting knowledge and conversant in MS Office
- Experienced in SAP would be an added advantage
- Working location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
