Manager, Engineering

(Melaka - Krubong)

Job Responsibilities :

- To manage / lead a team of Engineering and Technical staffs in Opto-component Manufacturing Engineering.
- Handle manufacturing processes of Advance hi density PCB substrate base & customized COB module package of Opto Product for Automotive, medical and consumer markets.
- Handle manufacturing processes & equipment maintenance.
- Responsible for Package and Product quality assurance.
- Managing the Change process DOE evaluation, Validation & Documentation.
- To Support PD and HN R&N for new Product / Package and New / replacement Material development and introduction to production.
- Supporting to Development of new Products / Package in Process Equipment and related tooling for new proto type sample and volume production.
- Plan, forecast and prepare engineering expenses & project budget

Experience :

- Minimum 5 years experience in engineering field of Opto-Semiconductor Environment with hi density PCB substrate base with Liquid Epoxy Encapsulation and customized PCB base COB package.

Education :

- Master Degree or Degree in Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical or Material Engineering.

Test Engineer

( Melaka - Krubong)

Job Responsibilities :
- Drive yield improvement programs to meet product yield targets.
- Establish test methodologies or test software for product testing.
- Characterize test process for process optimization.
- Conduct failure analysis.
- Establish comprehensive control plan related to FMEA. Risk analysis.
- Respond to customer complaint with the use of 8D report.
- Specification writing /updating.
- Perform line audit.
- Train new staff.

Experience :

- 3 or more years experience in Product Testing in Semiconductor Industry, preferably in Opto electronics environment.

- Experience with substrates or bondable PCB.

Education :

- Degree in Electrical / Electronic.

Skills Requirements :

- SPC/SQC Tools, FMEA, DOE, 8D problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Engineer, Safety Agency & Sub-con

Experience :

- 3~5 year related working experience in Semiconductor Industry preferably on optocoupler products

Education:

- Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact effectively with all level of staffs, safety agencies and customers
- Familiar with Safety Agency requirement

Engineer, EHS

Experience :

- Minimum 3 years experience in Semiconductor Industry.

- SHO Certified by DOSH
- Technical Drawing (CAD)

Product Development Engineer

Experience :

- 3 to 5 years related experience in the Back-end (Assembly) Semiconductor Industry.
- Experience with Optocoupler and / or SSR devices.

Education:

- Degree or Master Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of Optocoupler and SSR Design & Development
- Preference to candidate with experience in Leadframe-based and MSL1 package assembly technology.
- Coordination skill

- Technical writing, with a good command of the English language.
