GLOBAL TRAINEE PROGRAM (Urgently required!)

We are currently recruiting for high caliber fresh graduates in engineering to join with our client who is a Leading Global Company in manufacturing of tubular products and services used in the drilling, completion and production of oil and gas industries.

An ambitious Program open to talented fresh graduates :-

This Trainee Program is a combination of classroom training, e-learning courses and practical on-the-job experience lasting 2 years.

- During this period the person will be involved into an Induction Camp that brings together the latest intake of Global Trainees. These four weeks are a great opportunity for networking, learning about the company’s fundamentals and how to work as a team.
- Back from the camp, the rest of the program is structured around the following main pillars: on-the-job experience, training packs, performance and follow-up with work experience both in local offices and headquarters.
- Considering our commercial branches we’re looking for several candidates in different positions (supply chain, commercial, technical sales)

Requirements :-

- The ideal candidate must be recently graduated in engineering, preferably with honours (Mechanical, Electrical, Oil & Gas, Mechatronics, and Chemical).
- Malaysian Nationals with fluent proficiency in English language and Malaysian as a mother tongue.
- Availability to travel abroad also for long time and interest for sales, technical and logistic fields, multi-cultural approach, teamwork attitude with a good technical background

Age: 23 – 26 years of age
