We are an international Neuro & Cardiac hospital (near Subang Airport) looking for the following position to be filled:

PERSONNEL EXECUTIVE

Requirements :
# Minimum relevant Bachelor’s Degree
# Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resources in a service industry
# Knowledge of Labour Law and IR
# Preferably relevant experience in healthcare
# Excellent administrative and organization skills

PERSONNEL MANAGER

Requirements :

- Minimum relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 10 years working experience in Human Resources
- Preferably, minimum 5 years as a Admin/Personnel Manager in Healthcare
- Experience and knowledge of Labor Laws, IR, Health & Safety is required

PATIENT SERVICES EXECUTIVE

Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 3 years working experience in hospitality, hospital environment would be preferred
- Experience working in a direct customer servicing role
- Knowledge in patient registration/admissions and billing functions
- Excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and BM. Other spoken languages would be an added advantage

SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelors Degree in English / Journalism
- Minimum 5 years experience working in either publications, media relations
- Preferably experienced in writing health related articles
- Strong proof-reading skills
- Flair for writing

MARKETING MANAGER

Requirements :

- Minimum Degree in Marketing / Business
- Minimum 8 years experience Marketing for a healthcare organization (including developing and implementing a Marketing strategy)
- Experience with managing media relations and event management
- Led & managed teams that delivered on results
- Ability to produce relevant internal and external communication material
- Flair for writing, good presentation and interpersonal skills

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in healthcare industry
- Marketed for hospitals / clinics
- Successfully organized marketing & promotional events
- Excellent communication skills

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 10 years working experience preferably in a hospital environment
- Sound knowledge in Facility Management (FM), Operations cost analysis and implementation of Total Quality Maintenance Standards (TQMS)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

ICT MANAGER

Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Preferably a post-graduate degree in Health Informatics or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years working experience as a systems manager
- Been managing (minimum 100 bedded) Hospital IT Systems for at least 5 years
- Experience in PACS, Databasing, Telemedicine or Teleradiology
- Successfully led a team to implement and manage IT systems
- Experience in providing organization wide support
- Good network within industry to develop high performance IT team
