Helpdesk

(To be based in Mid Valley / Lot 10 / Sunway Pyramid / KLCC / 1 Utama / City Square, JB)

Responsibilities :

- Handles walk-in customers as well as customer calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Receives and documents customer issues, request and complaints which includes coordinating with concerned parties if necessary, working out alternatives, provide immediate response and follows up on the progress of each case whenever needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performs other duties at similar level of skill and complexity that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements :
- Min SPM.
- Preferably with Mac knowledge / experience.
- Able to troubleshoot Apple product.
- Good communication skill and customer service oriented.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encourage to apply.
- Able to work on shift hours.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

APPLE PRODUCT PROFESSIONAL- Retail Assistant
(Johor / Mid Valley / Lot 10 / Sunway / KLCC / 1 Utama)

Responsibilities :

- Provide complete sales solutions for every customer.

Requirements :
- Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Be bilingual in English & Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Accounts Clerk ( Kuala Lumpur )

Requirements :
