In line with our business expansion, we are inviting suitable applicants for the following positions in our Malaysia office located in Johor Bahru:

Customer Service Executives

(Based in Malaysia- Johor Bahru)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle new business project
- Issue purchase order and ensure timely order confirmation
- Create sales order from customer and acknowledge confirmation delivery date to customer
- Coordinate with supplier and forwarders to ensure prompt shipment
- Liaise closely with vendors to meet customer request on reschedule or cancellation of orders

Job Requirements:

- Diploma with minimum 3 years relevant experience in procurement of electronics components
- Able to carry out assignments effectively & independently
- Bilingual communication skills in English & Mandarin
- Proactive & resourceful with excellent negotiation and communication skills
