Quality Assurance Engineer
Responsibilities :
- The applicants must be highly motivated to lead all ISO certification / Audit activities including participating with all our customers in assessments, process documentation, training and audit. Also responsible for the product quality and the quality system, requirements of such products
- Must be knowledgeable in utilizing quality tools such as six sigma, SPC, TQM and other tools to analyze and determined the root cause of various products defects and ensure that corrective action is taken to eliminate re-occurrence
- Perform investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action & preventive action for in-house rejects and customers complains including verification of action taken
- Coordinate and liaise with customers on quality conformance and related issues
- Involvement in all the quality improvement activities
- Summarizing data and compiling quality report
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
- Applicants must have at least 3 years hands on experience in a similar capacity on all the areas mentioned from a PCBA / electronics contract manufacturing environment. He must also possess excellent communication, negotiation organizational and leadership skill
- Ability to work under pressure and staggered hours including shift work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in written and spoken English
- Traveling / outstation assignment is a pre-requisite
RFID NPI Process Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Provide engineering support for all ongoing manufacturing process / operations which include equipments and jigs / fixture toolings
- Perform evaluation and optimization of manufacturing capability and enhancing all such manufacturing productivity and improvement activities
- Ensuring that all documentation relating to the process and procedures is constantly updated
- Responsible for the set up of pilot line manufacturing process capability in the FOL & EOL areas
- Manage all new product transfer and follow on to transfer to manufacturing
- Manage new product scheduling, product assessment-internet and customer data package preparation
- Training of manufacturing specialists and technician for production build 3426950
Requirements:
· Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2-3 years related working experience in the PCBA or box- build assembly industry
· Must be hand- on person with good understanding of PCBA, SMT, wave soldering processes, AI and/ or box- build assembly
· Well versed in prototype first article run criteria and familiar with new products transfer
· Good communication & interpersonal skills
· Good in spoken and written English
· Traveling/ outstation assignment is a pre- requiste
RFID Test Engineer
Responsibilities :
· Plan and execute test yield and productivity improvement programs. Analyze and attend test sustaining- related issues
· Develop, maintain and enhance test system through hardware and software optimization to improve quality, reliability and cycle time
· Responsible for test handling equipment development and upgrading as well as maintaining equipment to ensure optimal operation condition. Develop test programs and fixtures.
Requirements :
· Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in PCBA debugging and failure analysis
· Able to understand/ interpret electronics schematic diagrams and troubleshoot to board and component levels
· Knowledge of Unix, Pascal, C, C++ programming languages, HP 3070 and Teradyne tester is an advantage
· Applicant with knowledge of RF test equipment( Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Frequency Counter, Oscilloscope, Audio Analyzer) is an added advantage
RFID Equipment Engineer
Responsibilities :
· Possess strong experience and familiar in set-up, trouble shooting and solving of FOL equipment such as ASM AD809-06, AD809-08 for die attached machine OR ASM AB509-06, ASM AB509-08 for wire bonder. Experience in handling Dias US 2900 series wire bonder will also be considered.
· Confident in providing first class technical support to our customer and in house production machine
· Knowledge of SPC/ DOE is essential. Experience in wire bonder/ die bonders related to Chip On Boards or familiar with mini TAB software will be an added advantage
· Liaise with customers, shipping agents etc. related to the mobilization of goods delivery
Requirements:
· Diploma/ Degree in Engineering with minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity
· Ability to work under pressure as well as work long and staggered hours
· Independent, self- motivated and possessing strong leadership qualities
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good in written and spoken English
· Traveling/ outstation assignment is a pre- requisite
