Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to the hotel guests. The Guest Service Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the reception within the Rooms Division.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Knowledge of Opera is an added advantange.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Experience in Cost Audit would be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Responsibilities:
Yo will be responsible to the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The responsiblity is also to ensure the smooth operation of the laundry department in Rooms Division, which includes the area of laundry, dry cleaning and the uniform room.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field.
- Required skill(s): Knowledge of operating laundry machines.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
