Accounts Assistant
Location: Jalan Pudu – Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities :
- Process payment to creditors in accordance to payment policy.
- Handling of payment received from customers.
- Preparation of invoices to customers and follow up all invoices related matters.
- Manage general office maintenance matter
- Receiving and proper filing of documents.
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements :
- Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or LCCI or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in handling AR and AP will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office application.
- Good analytical skills and competent in accounting.
- Knowledge of SQL accounting software is an added advantage.
- Committed, Honest and possess good working ethics.
- Female candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin or Chinese dialects preferred and can start work immediately.
- Mature, multi-tasking, positive work attitude, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
