Production Executive
(Melaka - Ayer Keroh)

Responsibilities:

- Overall responsible for production functions and activities in meeting productivity, yield and cost targets to meet customers’ satisfaction.
- Ensure the production schedules and work orders are completed on time.
- Ensure production lines run according to schedule to customer’s demand & sales forecast.
- Work with Engineering and QC team to resolve quality problem and continual improvement.
- Maintain proper housekeeping practices & ISO and HACCP compliance in production operations.
- Ensure company, production and safety rules & regulations are being followed.
- Responsible for identifying and providing training needs to the production team.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering / Food Technology / Chemistry or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Able to perform analysis, process capability study and implement continual improvement.
- Aggressive, result oriented and good communication skills.
