Pacific Oleochemicals Sdn Bhd is a sub-business unit of the Lam Soon Group of Companies. We produce vegetable-oil based oleochemicals and are involved in the manufacturing and marketing of fatty acids and refined glycerine. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE / SALES EXECUTIVE
(Pasir Gudang and Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

Sales Executive

- Communicate and negotiate with customers
- Liase with relevant Production, Logistics and Finance on smooth sales coordination
- Products order processing and payment arrangement
- Able to prepare relevant departmental report

Customer Service Executive

- Manage and monitor daily shipment and deliveries activities
- Process orders into ERP system and follow-up to ensure complete order fulfillment
- Communicate and coordinate effectively through inter-department
- Provide excellent level of service to customers

Requirements:

Sales Executive

- Candidate must posses at least degree in General Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry or equivalent
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in Mandarin is a must
- Competency in Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MOVEX system will be an added advantage
- At least two (2) years relevant sales working experience preferably in chemicals / oleochemicals industries and knowledge of INCOTERMS (and added advantage)
- Must posses good interperonsal skil, able to communicate with people from all level and good negotiations skills

Customer Service Executive

- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma in General Science / Biochemistry, Chemistry or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.  Knowledge in Mandarin is a must
- Competency in Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MOVEX system (an advantage)
- At least 2 years of relevant sales working experience preferably in chemicals industries
- Required skills  :  Good interpersonal skill, able to communicate with people from all level and good negotiations skills

Management System Senior Executive
(Johor - Pasir Gudang)

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain the co’s management system implementation in accordance with the ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 /   OHSAS 18001 / Food Safety (HACCP) Standards
- Interacts and collaborates with all level of management to provide guidance, direction and advices on appropriate QHSE management systems implementation
- Monitor proper issuing, controlling and updating of the Management System documents and making them available to all relevant personnel as and when necessary
- Initiates, oversees and develops training program, policies, workplace procedures and guidelines related to the company’s QHSE management system
- Develops practical solutions to resolve departmental QHSE non conformance issues and recommends suitable preventive and corrective action
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring the internal QHSE audit, ensuring that corrective actions arising from internal and external QHSE audits are carried out
- Stays up to date with government regulatory changes applicable to QHSE management systems legislative compliance
- Take the lead roles and support the company’s Responsible Care Program planning and activities

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Management System, Chemistry or any other related field
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia - oral and written
- Experience in implementing QHSE management system programs
- Up to date working knowledge of applicable government legislative and regulations
- Knowledge of recognize safety and environment management system standards (OHSAS 18001 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, Food Safety (HACCP) Standards)
- Demonstrate QHSE compliance, internal and external auditing and mangement system assessments experience
- Experience leading the QHSE management system team
- Excellent computer skills / applicable / programs essential
