Accounts Executive
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

- Assist month end closing.
- Update daily transactions into accounting system.
- Handle Full Set of Accounts, Cashbook, Staff Claims; etc
- Liaise with external parties.
- Ad-hoc finance task.

Requirements:

- Possess at least Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Accounting or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience in similar fields.
- Candidates must be able to manage full set accounts.
- Knowledge of using UBS system will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Able to meet deadline.
- Self motivated good interpersonal and possess initiative.

Front Desk Executive
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

- Deliver frontline services to meet and exceed customers’ need and expectations.
- Attend walk-in customers & members enquiries.
- To process membership applications, renewal and etc.
- To prepare, administer and compile reports as required in an accurate and timely manner.
- Required to work shifts.

Requirements:

- Preferably candidate 21 years and above.
- Minimum SPM with at least 1 year working experience in service industry.
- Fast learner and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in Chinese & English. Preference given to those proficient in Chinese language.
- Able to work in a team.
- Computer literate.
- Able to start immediately.
- Training will be provided.

Healthcare Consultant

Responsibilities:

· Actively promote company products to the customers
· Provide consultation and actively manage the submission of sales
· To complete the submission sales timely
· Maximizing sales and stimulate business relationship for existing and potential  members, ensuring the monthly sales target is achieved
· Follow-up with prospects database by effective cold calling
· To maintain service standard and project the Company corporate image
· Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Company

Requirements:

· Malaysians 22-45 years old
· Diploma/ Degree holders in any field
· Candidate with SPM qualification but with relevant experience in selling healthcare program are also strongly encouraged to apply
· Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or service industry
· Good communication skills and has strong interpersonal skills
· Strong selling and negotiation skills
· Fresh Degree graduates with strong passion in doing sales, highly motivated, winning attitude and success driven personality are encouraged to apply
