Sales Engineer / Executive ( Puchong, Klang Valley )

Responsibilities :

- The ideal candidates will be responsible to promote the spectrum of products to the market, develops new accounts, strategies innovative proposal to customer and maintain business relationship with customer within the install base.

Requirements :

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Science / Marketing / Business or equivalent.
- Relevant experience or exposure in industrial product will be an added advantage.
- A pleasant personality with a professional demeanour and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening ability and presenting persuasive recommendations to customer.
- Result orientated and team player.
- Required language(s): English.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Customer Service Executive ( Puchong, Klang Valley )

Responsibilities :

- Focusing, visiting and collect customer satisfaction, concern and market feedback from install bases
- Propose new maintenance contract, upgrade or continue maintenance contract from install bases.
- Communicate with sales and technical personnel to determine the appropriate strategies or solution to customer feedback.
- Working along with sales and service coordinator on the monthly contract report
- Study on the monthly consumable order and determine the subsequent buying indication of customer
- Working along with sales personnel on upcoming sales activities, presentation or promotional activities.
- Converting alternative consumable user with appropriate strategies, attractive benefits and maintaining the re-ordering pattern
- Customer areas: Klang Valley, N.Sembilan and Malacca.

Technical Service Engineer ( Puchong, Klang Valley )

Responsibilities :

- The ideal candidates will be responsible for product assistance to customer, preventive maintenance and installation aspects of equipment.

Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree In Engineering.
- Strong analytical, monitoring and checking skills are essential.
- Able to work independently and at the same interact with all levels confidently.
- Able to handle customer in pleasant manner.
- A team player.
- Local and occasional outstation travel required.
