Accounts Officer

Requirements:

- LCCI Higher or Diploma in Accounting.
- At least 2 -3 years experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Knowledge in UBS accounting software.
- Must possess a strong analytical skill.

Site Supervisor

Requirements:

- Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building.
- Min 2 years related working experience.
- Possess the initiative, hardworking and committed.
- Able to lead and coordinate works amongst the project teams.
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the plan, specifications, procedures, work instructions, etc.
- Able to communicate well at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Min 8 years related working experience in pre and post contracts, bill of quantity, etc.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills, matured personality, positive attitude and committed.
- Able to liaise with authorities, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers effectively

Project Manager

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 5 years related working experience.
- Meticulous, confident, highly analytical with excellent problem solving skills and strong leadership to lead a team of site personnel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills and able to handle authorities/consultants/sub-contractors effectively.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Construction Manager

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 10 years related working experience.
- Ensure project objective are achieved and projects are delivered successfully in accordance with agreed scope, timeframe, budget, quality and safety standards.
- Highly self motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Good communication and negotiation skills and able to handle authorities/consultants/sub-contractors effectively.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
