Junior Butler (F & B)
(Perak – Ipoh, Perak)
Responsibilities:
* Assumes a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest. Consistently provide excellent and friendly services.
* Responsible for the smooth operations of the F & B Section and to enforce highest service quality standards and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
* Greets arriving guest in a pleasant manner, making them feel welcome and at ease. Leads guest to the assigned table and address guest by name
* Handle guest complaint professionally
* Assist in guest request (in the aspect of F&B, front office and butler service)
Requirements:
* Preferably with a Certificate/Diploma in a Hotel Management or related discipline
* Must be well groomed, presentable and with a pleasant personality
* Minimum 1 year related working experience in the Hospitality or Service Industry.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
* Must be dynamic, self motivated and willing to work long hours.
* Excellent command of English
* Must be able to perform shift duty
