Our Global Corporate and Commercial Banking Client Services Unit is looking for suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

Client Services & Fulfillment Advisor
(Kuala Lumpur - (Hybrid role managing both Servicing & Implementation assignments & projects))

Responsibilities:
Fulfillment responsibilities:

- Manage, execute and complete the implementation of treasury and cash management solutions (payments, receivables, treasury, trade)
- Co-ordinate with internal business partners (e.g. Product Delivery Officers, Compliance and Operations) on client project requirements
- To ensure successful delivery of all the required products, services and system solutions
- Work closely with the regional manager, Asia team and global business partners to promote quality solutions for clients
- Provide guidance to clients on documentation requirements and independently perform reviews of client’s completed documentation
- Manage client issues during a project and ensure swift resolution
- Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the bank’s client access products/services, payment and trade capabilities,
- internal operations and local regulatory requirements

Servicing Responsibilities:

- Providing a quality service in handling client enquiries and offering problem resolution for Bank of America products as follows;
- trade finance, account opening, e-banking solutions, wire-transfers, FX, Time deposits, loans and general account maintenance
- Offering ongoing post-implementation support to all corporate, financial institution and non-financial institution clients
- Working closely with other Global Client Services associates and Business Partners to promote quality client solutions

Requirements:

- Good written and oral English language and business communication skills is essential
- Exemplary problem solving, time management, interpersonal, self focused and self motivation skills will be key
- Strong team player to ensure the successful coverage for all lines of business and client classifications & interactions
- Strong background in banking with experience in Client Servicing, General Banking Systems, database & products and working in a client focused role preferred.
- Project Management Skills (added advantage)
- Working & operational experience within a/c opening, payments, treasury & understand local regulatory requirements
- Fully conversant with the MS Office suite and Internet and technical background
