Head Of Laboratory / Senior Medical Lab Technologist
Location: Johor
Responsibilities :
- Report to Operations Manager on the overall Laboratory operation and administration.
- Ensure that highest quality services are provided for the customers.
- Plan and set goals for the department
- Develop, manage and allocate appropriate resources for the unit
- Design quality control programs and implement Laboratory policies and procedures
- Provide hands on training and assess staff working performance
- Responsible for day to day Laboratory operations and accuracy of test results
- Monitor all Laboratory work performed to ensure generation of reliable data
- Familiar with ISO 15189 standards and blood transfusion guidelines
Requirements :
- Degree Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Medical Diagnostic Laboratory
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command in spoken and written English
- A team player with good negotiation and communication skills
- Initiative, patient and mature in thinking
