Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad is an established financial institution providing international trade and overseas project financing to promote SMEs to venture abroad and expand their exports of goods and services. In line with the re-organization structure and rapid expansion in lending and insurance facilities, we seek dynamic and suitable qualified individuals for the following position:

1. Assistant Manager/Executive, Admin Support, Banking Department

Responsibilities:

- Act as a reference point for the Business Division in providing information to internal and external parties;
- Coordinate with all Heads of Division and officers to ensure that issues highlighted in audit reports are resolved;
- Prepare monthly report for Management and external parties;
- Responsible for data management and system maintenance in Core Banking and Insurance System

Requirements:

- Possess a recognized Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
- 3 - 5 years of related experience;
- Possess good coordinating skills;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)

2. Assistant Manager, Data Quality, Productivity Quality Management

Responsibilities:

- Oversee data management, data quality and data policy and standard;
- Lead data warehouse and regulatory reporting initiatives from data management perspective;
- Liaise with IT team in areas of technical matters, data governance, data quality and standard for an effective data warehouse;
- Ensure Bank Negara and management reporting meets the Service Level Agreement;
- Provide weekly and monthly update on data quality and MIS report

Requirements:

- Possess a recognized Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience;
- Possess good analytical;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)

3. Assistant Manager, Reinsurance

Responsibilities:

- Identify panel of Reinsurance Companies for the Short-Term insurance business;
- Work hand-in-hand with Global Assesment Dept for MOU with export credit agencies as a platform for Reinsurance Agreement;
- Involve in drafting of the Reinsurance Agreement;
- Act as contact person with reinsurance companies on matters related to premium, credit limit and claims;
- Produce report to the Management relating to the Reinsurance business

Requirements:

- Possess a recognized Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience;
- Possess good analytical skills;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)

4. Assistant Manager, Trade Credit Insurance Department

Responsibilities:

- Marketing and coordinating business activities at Head Office and rep office pertaining to business origination;
- Maintain good rapport with policyholders;
- Handling renewal of policies;
- Appraise and recommend terms and conditions for renewal proposals;
- Preparation of reports for Management

Requirements:

- Possess a recognized Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience;
- Possess good analytical and presentation skills;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)

5. Manager/Assistant Manager, Technical Analysis

Responsibilities:

- Conduct technical evaluation to facilitate loan application and monitoring of projects;
- Assess the progress claims for drawdown against certified progress of work done;
- Conduct site visits to justify claim and progress of pojects;
- Liaise with relevant parties such as clients, bankers, main and sub contractors, project managers, project consultants, supppliers;
- Verify progress report submitted against approved contract

Requirements:

- Possess a recognized Degree in Engineering or other related disciplines;
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience;
- Possess good analytical and presentation skills;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
