ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Requirements :
* Diploma / Degree in Business Admin / Accounting / Finance or equivalent
* Handle full set of accounts and administrative tasks
* Knowledge of UBS accounting software an added advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Descriptions :
* Able to handle full set of accounts with minimum supervision
* Responsible for all administrative functions assigned and other ad-hoc duties
* Handle payroll functions independently
* Controlling cash flow & company’s financial and credit control matters
* Preparation of invoices, expenses analysis, payments voucher, receipts and etc.
* Able to liaise with bankers, authorities on day-to-day operations
* Managing company policies & procedures
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Requirements :
* Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
* Strong knowledge in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash and HTML
* Creative, self motivated and energetic
Job Descriptions :
* Responsible for the development, enchantment and maintenance of Company’s web site
* Responsible for formulation, development and preparation of designs for printing materials such as name cards, brochures, leaflets, newsletters, flyers, banners and booth for exhibition
* Must be creative, a team player, self motivated and dedicated with good interpersonal skills
SOFTWARE ENGINEERS / DEVELOPERS
Requirements :
* Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
* Possesses knowledge in software engineering and programming skills
* Knowledge of C# or Java is added advantage
* Good problem solving skill
Job Descriptions :
* Software development including analysis, planning, design, developing, modifying, testing and implementation software programming applications
* Maintain, monitor, investigate and solve software applications, database and networks
* Participate in research and development (R&D) of new or existing projects
* Integration of existing software products and building systems to client requirements
* Work closely in a team to ensure project is delivered in a timely manner
