ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/ACCOUNTS OFFICERLocation: Seremban-Negeri Sembilan

Responsibilities:-

- Oversee and manage the accounts for all subsidiaries
- Accountable for the review of accounting entries, accounts payable, accounts receivables, billings, revenue and asset accounting.
- Co-ordinate the smooth implementation of accounting policies, procedures and controls, in line with the Group’s emphasis on timely reporting and accountability.
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly internal and external reports
- Inter-company billing and reconciliation.
- Inventory tracking and valuation.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other statutory/bodies/authorities
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, timely submission of monthly financial reports, including GST and other statutory reports.

Requirements:-

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional/Part Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience with strong leadership, problem solving skills and able to meet deadlines.
- Co-ordinate the smooth implementation of accounting policies, procedures and controls, in line with the Group’s emphasis on timely reporting and accountability.
- Must be a Qualified Accountant or a member of MIA.
- Ability to write and read CHINESE would be an added advantage

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Location: Malaysia

Responsibilities:-

- Planning of marketing strategies for product of the company.
- Carry out marketing & sales of company’s products.
- Preparation of quotation, follow-up with customer to secure the orders, maintain strong link with potential and existing customers.
- Ensured Sales Generation and New Market Development.
- Build goodwill and strong relationship with customer by maintaining regular visits and phones contact.

Requirements:-

- Male or Female Single and age below 32 years.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Analytical and problem solving skills will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge about International Trade and Shipping Procedure will be advantage add.
- Must be able to SPEAK and WRITE MANDARIN fluently.
- Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
