Account Executive
(Kuala Lumpur - Raja Chulan)

Responsibilities:

- Training is provided.
- Opportunity to lead the tour
- To assist the Finance Manager in accounting activities of the Company.
- Overall in-charge of accounts and finance operation of the company.
- Monitoring of daily cash flow, banking facilities, receivable accounts, creditor ageing report and schedule of payment.
- Perform month end closing activities and Management Report.
- General accounting tasks.
- Knowledge of Taxation matters.
- To carry out bank reconciliation, data entries, updating records and maintaining of accounting records.
- Answering, screening and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field.
- Required language(s): Chinese.
- Preferred language(s): English.
- Female candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin or Chinese dialects preferred.
- Age 18 - 33
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
