Administrative Assistant / Administrator

Location: Selangor – Shah Alam

Responsibilities:
- To manage the overall administrative functions including monitor inventory, maintain filing systems and generating of related documents
- Prepare reports and database Input
- Monitoring outstanding payment
- To handle all administrative matters

Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Candidate with minimum 2 years and above of working experience in related background would be added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English, both verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Committed, Honest and possess good working ethics
- Preferable age: 22 – 35
