We are an established Property development company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. In our effort to strengthen our team, we invite suitably qualified and highly motivated individuals to fill in the following position:

Manager, Cost Management & Control
(Kuala Lumpur - Kompleks Antarabangsa, Jalan Sultan Ismail)

Responsibilities:

- To set up a comprehensive contracting system for company.
- To in charge / involve of projects tendering including but not limited to taking off, quotation and projects contract analysis.
- To prepare project final account and analysis, interim progress claims and evaluation of Sub-con claims.
- To assist the management for project planning and organising, costing control by monitoring the site works and progress.
- To liaise with owner, architect, consultant, engineers and other statutory board officials and sub-contractor on related works.
- Assess the completeness of Final Account by township subsidiaries for Management approval.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor with minimum Second Upper Honours or equivalent.
- Min 10 years related working experience in property industry, Preferably Manager level specializing in Cost & Control management.
- Keep abreast with the latest development in construction technology, statutory requirements, design concepts, building contracts, building materials and other builiding and construction industry related issues.
- Independent, attention to detail, energetic with good interactive and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure in meeting deadlines.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
