In view of our strategic transformation plans to strengthen and propel BSN to greater heights, we seek committed and talented individuals to fill the following position:-

Manager, Micro Finance
(Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan)

Main Responsibilities:

- To lead the micro finance in day-to-day operations and manage a team in meeting the sales and business expectations.
- To develop, maintain and grow business relationship with existing and new customers to increase customer acquisition and profitability.
- To evaluate credit applications and customer background to ensure that credit quality stands up to the guidelines.
- To make credit decisions and approve credit applications within delegated discretionary authority limits.
- To identify any adverse signs indicating deterioration in existing account quality and recommend appropriate remedial action.
- To review existing work flows, procedures and processes.
- To ensure adherence to prudent credit principles and compliance.

Requirements:

- A recognised degree from a reputable university.
- At least 5 years of working experience in SME lending business and credit management.
- Candidates with a Certified Credit Professional (CCP) will have an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, resourceful, strong leadership values and ability to work under pressure.
- Independent, meticulous, result-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Transferable interstate

Executive, Quality
(Kuala Lumpur)

Main Responsibilities:

- To prepare project papers, management committee papers and undertake research on quality programmes and activities to be implemented throughout the Bank.
- To clearly identify critical business issues, make proposals for enhancement and implement approved proposals according to deadlines.
- To lead, manage, drive and monitor quality programmes and activities set by the department.
- To coordinate and develop relationships with divisions, departments and branches to implement quality programmes.
- To maintain and develop good relationship with regulatory bodies on current quality initiatives.
- To be responsible in monitoring or developing Banking Quality Indicators.

Requirements:

- A recognised degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance from reputable universities
- Sound khowledge in quality methodologies & experienced in the implementation of quality programs
- Familiar with ISO certification requirements
- Fast thinker, analytical and good problem solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Self motivated with the ability to multi-task, work independently and work under tight deadlines
