MALAYSIAN INSTITUTE OF ART (MIA),  a non-profit making private institution of higher learning founded in 1967 is located in Kuala Lumpur. The Institute provides 3-year Diploma courses in the following disciplines of studies : Graphic Design, Interior Design, Fine Art, Illustration, Industrial Design, Textile & Fashion Design and Music. The Institute extends its invitation to fill the following vacancy :

Lecturer, Graphic Design
(Kuala Lumpur - Taman Melawati)

Responsibilities:

- To teach students at diploma level.
- To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of course syllabus.
- To carry out other duties related to the teaching of courses.
- To carry out research and produce publications in line with the Institute’s and personal objectives.

Requirements:

- Degree or Master qualification in Graphic Design or Multimedia with at least 2 years teaching or industry experience are required.
- Proficiency in English Language is a must.
- Ability to teach either Publication / Promotional Design or Flash / Dreamweaver / 3D Studio Max subjects will be preferred.
