We are seeking dynamic professionals to join us:

Shipping Executive
(Melaka - Batu Berendam)

Responsibilities:

- To liaise on related matters with sales personnel, customer and production to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- To safeguard customer’s interest and balance up internal operation efficiency by communication and coordinating the right needs and information to the right source.
- Responsible to ensure required periodic reports are ready on time
- To ensure proper and accurate recording of the WIP/FG and issue daily/monthly reports to relevant departments.
- To ensure preparation of shipping documents and invoices for delivery of all direct and indirect material.
- To monitor and follow-up on the inward, outward forwarding.
- Liaise with Customs for various imports / exports approvals.
- To liaise with relevant departments on related matters.
- To generate relevant and related reports as required.
- To execute any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of shipping and logistics experience
- Proactive, self-starter, highly motivated,dynamic and a good team player.
- A results-oriented person with excellent drive, initiative and the ability to work under tight datelines.
- Well verse in Customs rules and regulations

Engineer (Chemical)
(Melaka - Batu Berendam)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall performance of the section in meeting the defined targets, in line with the department’s goals and objectives.
- To plan, organise and manage the production activities to achieve optimum productivity, cost, quality, safety, inventory, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- To implement actions to improve quality, yield, productivity, process stability, housekeeping, cost and safety via process simplification and optimization. Daily validation of process parameters and review chemical analysis report.
- To lead, coach and motivate staff in their skill / knowledge development to contribute effectively towards company’s quality policy, goals and growth.
- To coordinate and ensure proper set-up, operation, preventive maintenance and method of trouble shooting of the lines.
- To lead/coach a team of supervisors and technicians in their skills/knowledge development.
- Responsible for cost control of the section.To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science or equivalent.
- Candidate with knowledge / experience in plating,precision cut / downset tools / equipment operations will have added advantage.
- Ability to understand and use SPC and GD&T.
- Knowledge in Quality system - TS 16949 and ISO 14001, FMEA and DOE.
- Mature personality with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of leading a team.
