Senior Engineer, PTN
Duties:
- Responsible for planning, design and management of IP/MPLS based mobile packet and Internet backbone network
- Provide the technical support, including fault isolation, trouble-shooting of network, networking problems and handling of services related complaints
- Evaluation, proof of concept testing of network/security platform and the corresponding integration to live environment
- Supervise a team of engineers in daily O&M, support and upgrade tasks
- Formulate and document network/system change and Disaster Recovery plan
Requirements:
- High Dip/Degree holder in Engineering or Computer discipline
- Holder of CCNP/CCIE or equivalent is preferred
- At least 7 years’ relevant working experience in IT/Telecom/Internet Service Provider
- In-depth knowledge on Layer 2/3 switching, routing protocols, firewall, MPLS and IPSec VPN
- Experience in supporting Cisco/Juniper network and security system operation and maintenance as well as the administration of Unix and Windows based NMS
- Knowledge on wireless/GPRS core IP network will be an advantage
- Good problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Senior Sales Operations Officer
Responsibilities:
- Derive the service quality, procedural efficiency and process improvement and customer satisfaction in our Sales channels, including retail stores, call center and direct sales.
- Monitor and assure the compliance the policies and procedures for products and services delivery.
- Identify and recommend improvements to established policies & procedures and systems.
Requirements:
- Degree or higher diploma in Business Studies or Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in telecom field with retail outlets preferred
- Experience in operations audit is an advantage
- Self motivated, good interpersonal skills, hardworking, excellent in teamwork and good analytical skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Chinese word processing is preferable
