Clerk, Assistant & Storekeeper

Requirements:

- Perform data entry & administrative job
- Must have good SPM/STPM result
- Certificate/Diploma holders are welcome to apply
- Computer literate
- Meticulous & attention to detail

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANTS

Responsibilities:

- Match and allocate supplier invoice, internal documents prior to payment
- Issue Debit and Credit Notes for customer and vendor for trade and non-trade purpose
- Assist in journal posting and invoice
- Data entry SAP B1
- Maintain good housekeeping of documents and records
- Perform backup for payment run

Requirements:

- SPM, STPM, LCCI / Certificate /Diploma in Accounting
- 1-2 years working experience in accounting filed

FITTERS

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot, repair & maintenance of rotary equipment such as pumps, agitators, compressors, cooling towers

Requirements:

- SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant working experience

ENGINEERING STOREKEEPERS

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for well manage and organize store.
- Monitor stock movements, maintain and update stock records, perform monthly physical stock count.
- Assist in loading & unloading goods.

Requirements:

- Certificate / Diploma holder in any field
- Hands-on experience in store management
- Knowledge in various engineering’s parts
- Those from engineering background an added advantage

OPERATORS

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the smoothness of production flow in order to meet the production target and the quality of the products
- To record the details such as quantity, batchcode, datecode in the log book.
- To collect samples during production process
- To carry out quality check on the product

Requirements:

- SPM / Certificate holder
- Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and simple English.
- Working experience in a manufacturing environment an added advantage
- Those with lab experience welcomed to apply

BOILERMAN

Responsiblities :

- Operate boiler, cooling tower, compressor and process water system
- Manage and operate boiler house assets to support production

Requirements:

- Steam Engine Grade 1 Certificate with some working experience
- Prior experience in operating high pressure boiler and added advantage
- Competent in burner servicing work
- Good troubleshooting skill

Shipping Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Handling export documentation and preparing necessary shipping documents for bank negotiation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.
- Liaising and following-up internally and with forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status.
- Supporting any other duties as required in the department.

Requirements:

- SPM / Certificate / Diploma
- Minimum 2 years related experience in handling export shipping documentation in export environment.
- Experience and knowledge of L/C, able to follow L/C requirement and prepare relevant documents for bank negotiation
- Advantageous if possess SAP shipping knowledge.
- Pro-active, team player and meticulous.
