ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / OFFICER / ASSISTANT

(Selangor – USJ, Subang Jaya)

Responsibilities :

- Monitoring, updating, verifying & posting of AR. Reconciliation of AR. Generate CN, perform monthly closing of AR. Generate monthly closing of sales & closing aging AR.
- Statement issuing to customers and issue payment voucher.
- Monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Checking on monthly staff claims and overhead expenses
- Purchase / vendor reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Assist and participate in any ad hoc projects as required and any other affairs assigned by the Management in respect of the job position

Requirements :

- Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI (higher) or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience. Preferable those who are from trading or retailing background.
- Proficient in MS Office applications with a working knowledge of Microsoft and versatile with computer system processes. Preferably with knowledge of any mid range accounting system
- Well organized, presentable with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and capable to work in a team to meet the timelines
- Able to handle full set of accounts and perform cash flow analysis, budgeting and forecast will be an added advantage.

INVENTORY PLANNER & CONTROLLER

(Selangor – USJ, Subang Jaya)

Responsibilities :

- To assure and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the total warehouse inventory
- To keep track of inventory movements and levels to maximize space utilization order fill
- To control and isolate non-conforming products
- To perform activities to monitor and maintain inventory control of merchandise of material
- To assist in receiving, stocking, distributing and packing in addition to inventory control
- To perform physical inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, monitor/manage non-conforming products, relocation/consolidation, maintains inventory records and prepares reports

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, SPM, Diploma or Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma or equivalent
- Self motivated with a positive attitude, a team player who is able to work with minimum supervision
- Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office
- Good written and oral command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good organization skills
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field

SENIOR PRODUCT / BRAND EXECUTIVE

(Selangor – USJ, Subang Jaya)

Responsibilities :

- To manage the brand by achieving principal sales target through active sales and marketing activities
- To ensure the brand image is in line and the retail space and turnover for exceeds standard expectations
- To develop good relationship with buyers and retail customers and to continuously update the buyers of the new activities and new products
- To manage the inventory of the brands you handle and to continuously maintain optimum stock inventory
- To up keep and maintain the selected brands pricing in the master list of the customers of the company
- To continuously train the sales team of the brands you handle
- To work closely with the sales team to achieve the sales targets of the brands you handle
- To be able to push yourself and to think ‘out of the box’ so you can attain overall top performance of the brands you manage

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess a Diploma, Advanced, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
- Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably those with branding experience in consumer products
- Candidate with marketing experience in FMCG, Trading companies and Retail Industry especially household products will be an added advantage
- Resourceful and meticulous, good analytical and communication skills, results-driven, team leader and have a passion for winning in the market place
- Salary will commensurate with experience

SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVES (3 Positions)

(2) Retail (1) Corporate

(Selangor – USJ, Subang Jaya)

Responsibilities :

- To plan, execute and evaluate all existing sales programs pertaining to prospective corporate customers or to retailers
- Responsible for soliciting possible new business opportunities and enlarging existing customer base for corporate sales
- Develop strategy and lead proposal preparation and negotiation and presentations to develop new business opportunities for both corporate clients or buyers in retail
- Strong communication skills is essential as you will be responsible for researching, contracting and negotiating with senior level decision-makers
- To be responsible for all account receivables and work within company guidelines
- Keeping track of all sales data and statistics for analytical purposes
- Compile sales data report e.g. daily sales report, weekly sales report, monthly sales report & by brand & account
- You will be chosen either to service corporate clients or to service retailers and buyers in retail

Requirements :

- You must have a minimum professional Certificate, Diploma or Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- Self motivated with a positive attitude, a team player who is able to work with minimum supervision
- Computer literate and willing to travel
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
