TRAINING OFFICER

Purpose of Role:
The position will support the HR Manager in ensuring that training initiatives and other learning and development activities are carried out, monitored and evaluated in line with the company objectives.

Qualifications/Experience:

* A degree holder, preferably in HR or related fields with at least 1 year of learning facilitation, evaluation, and monitoring background.
* Working knowledge of labour laws and HR practices and other employee statutory requirements
* Strong working knowledge of PC software applications and spreadsheet/data management
- MS Powerpoint
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- Photoshop ( is and advantage)
- Lotus Notes

* Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
* Good facilitation skills
* Good organization skills.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Purpose of Role:

· To assist in the preparation of timely, accurate and realible weekly, monthly and yearly reports.
· To ensure SAP system is updates and all entries are supported, justified and represent the accurate recording of transaction.
· To ensure all transactions are properly recorded and posted in the company’s books
· To ensure that cash balances per banks are reconciled with cash balances per company’s books of accounts
· To ensure that all statutory requirements are complied with.

Qualifications:

· CPA and has solid Accounting/Finance work experience
· With experience with Financial Reporting

Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

* Successful candidate will be tasked to develop and maintain revenue that meets sales objectives by : generating new business with regular trading patterns, improving the total client base and revenue, ensuring proper communication of customer and company requirements.

* **After training, Inside Sales Executives can be promoted to Field Sales Executives, and will manage specific areas within Metro Manila.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets

- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Airline
· Operation/Airport Management, Logistic/Transportation, Customs
· Administration or equivalent.
· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for   this position.
· Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding or equivalent.

NIght Shift Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Will satisfy external and internal customer needs by providing timely, accurate and complete information and assistance in accordance to the Customer Service Standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
- College Graduate of any 4 years course
- Customer service experience preferred ( Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good interpersonal skills (colleagues, vendors, customers and end-users).
- Operational knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
