Master Production SchedulerResponsibilities:
He/She leads process improvements to forecasting and performs Master Production Scheduling and Materials Requirements Planning which aggregate and support the objectives of the site, including: customer service, growth, on time delivery, planned past due minimization, inventory reduction, continuous flow shipments, and maximized use of manufacturing resources.
He/She is responsible that MPS will work in concert with Demand Management, Finance, and Product Lines to balance supply, demand and financial objectives. Develop an accurate logic with attainable duration & dates in the Master Schedule.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Degree in Engineering and experience in large scale planning & scheduling
· Reports to Global Supply Chain Manager
· Min. 7 to 10 years of experience in related field at managerial level
· Mature, self-motivated, hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal skills
· Able to lead and work under pressure
· Team player
· Knowledge of SAP will be preferred
Sales Executives
Responsibilities:
He/she is to maintain and develop relationships and sales volume with existing customers.
Visiting potential customers to prospect for new businesses, gathering market and competitive information.
He is to review own sales performance and aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;feeding future buying or product trends back to employer.
To collect payment from customers.
Product presentation to customers.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in sales and marketing and/or degree holders are welcomed.
· At least two years of sales or related experience.
· A self starter and highly motivated individual
· Effectively bilingual
· Reports to the Managing Director
Inventory & Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
He/She leads discovery and implementation of departmental continuous improvement opportunities in gathering and analyzing data concerning inventory control and customer requirements, as well as to establish and responsible for the identification and disposition of excess and slow moving inventories.
Overall, he/she is accountable for finished product,distribution center and warehouse inventory, and broker relations. He/She is to identify areas for cost reductions and implement strategies for cost reduction and containment.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Diploma in Material and Logistics Management
· Reports to Global Supply Chain Manager
· Min. 7 to 10 years of experience in related field at managerial level
· Mature, self-motivated, hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal skills
· Able to lead and work under pressure
· Team player
· Knowledge of SAP will be preferred
