OilCorp was incorporated on 12 July 2001 and assumed its present name since inception. OilCorp is principally an investment holding company whilst its main subsidiary companies, Oil Line Engineering & Associates Sdn Bhd (Oil-Line) are principally involved in providing services mainly to the needs of oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, semiconductor and other related industries. Its other subsidiary namely, Ascentland is involved in property development, resort operation and property investment.

OilCorp Berhad oil and gas arm main subsidiary, Oil-Line was incorporated in Malaysia on 21 February 1990 as a service provider to the oil and gas industry for both downstream and upstream sectors. Oil-Line has four operating subsidiary companies and has developed from a modest engineering service provider and supply of specialist in 1990 to an integrated EPC (denotes Engineering, Procurement and Construction) service provider.

Accounts Assistant (PJ)

Location : Petaling Jaya

Requirements :

- Highest level of education - Diploma holders in Accountancy / Finance / Business
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Experienced in handling full set of accounts and other general admin duties (data entry, filing, correspondence)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu and able to interact well at all levels

Accounts Executive (2 positions)

Location : Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities :

- Assist in preparation of full set accounts
- To ensure the accounts payable, bank reconciliation, journals and general functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare monthly and yearly consolidated accounts and cash flow statements, various monthly management reports
- Manage daily accounting operations
- Able to meet deadliness on management reports, cash flow and budget

Requirements :
- Degree in Accounting / recognized Professional qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity
- Analytical, meticulous with an eye for details
- Able to work independently with a high degree of commitment to meet reporting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, especially in spoken English and interpersonal skills
