Pastry Chef
(Pahang - Cameron Highlands)

Responsibilities:

- Plans, directs and evaluate the food & beverage (pastry) products & services, daily operations & workflow in the kitchen.
- Administrative duties, monitoring & processing of documentation required.
- Identifies issues/concerns and formulate recommendations for improvement.
- Quality control, establish and monitors expenses & control system for food & beverage (pastry) products, supplies and equipment.
- Teamwork player, work closely with different departments or divisions, in order to achieve the common goal of the company.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary or above.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cameron Highlands.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Pastry/Bakery or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

Front Office Assistant
(Pahang - Cameron Highlands)

Responsibilities:

- To handle the daily operations of the Front Office Department such as Reservation, Reception, and Operator.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least SPM level qualification.
- Required language(s): good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of Mandarin / other languages will be an advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work on rotation shifts based in Cameron Highlands.
- Applicants should look pleasant, have good interpersonal & communication skills, keen learner with good attitude, self motitaved, resourcefulness, organized & responsible.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
