We are an established metal based aerospace parts and components manufacturing company for the world market located in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. We are seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill in the following positions:
ACCOUNTS / PAYROLL CLERK
(Selangor - Sungai Buloh, Selangor)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible in handling end-to-end processing of payroll for our staff.
- To handle payroll software preferably Paywin Payroll System by Orisoft.
- To maintain inventory control, book-keeping, invoicing and other daily accounting functions.
- To prepare Payment Voucher, General Ledger and filing.
- To assist Section Head in preparing costing and computation of cost of goods sold.
- Carry out any other duties related to payroll and financial accounting as assigned by Section Head or Head of Department.
Requirements :
- Minimum SPM with LCCI or other related Accounting Certificate / Diploma.
- Preference will be given to those with 2 years working experience in handling payroll and day-to-day accounting function of manufacturing Company.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office application and accounting software.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to read and understand simple English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
- Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
PROCUREMENT cum SHIPPING EXECUTIVE
(Selangor - Sungai Buloh, Selangor)
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing the best suppliers in delivery, cost, quality and aftersales service
- responsible for procurement policy development
- developing Service Level Agreement for long term relationship with potential suppliers
- developing and negotiating favorable payment term
- managing purchasing/shipping staff and maintain good relationship with suppliers
- liason with government bodies for shipment arrangement & tax exemption
- monitoring appointed freight forwarder cost & performance via KPI
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline preferably with technical background.
- Has at least 3 years working experience in sourcing, purchasing and shipping preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge in freight forwarding and custom procedures and ability to work independently are a must
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications and has experience in using MRP/ ERP system.
- International exposure and able to converse and write well in English.
- Preference will be given to those aged between 30 - 35 years old
- Willing to work long hours and on weekends.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
