The Philippines site manufactures photosensitive semiconductor electronic components and sub-assemblies using the highest quality standards to build reliable products in a high-volume and cost-efficient manner for various industrial and commercial applications.
The operations have a floor area of 4,480 square meters and are supported by approximately 500 highly-skilled and dedicated employees. PerkinElmer Optolectronics Philippines, Inc. is registered with the SEC and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), and is located about 40 kms south of Manila in one of the most modern industrial parks in the Philippines. Operations began at this facility since February 1996.

The Philippines site uses well-optimized processing techniques, automated equipment and complex testing methods to manufacture its products. Major processing techniques include wafer probing, wafer sawing, epoxy and solder chip mounting, precision chip alignment for optical applications, gold ball and wedge wire bonding, plastic and hermetic package encapsulation. Standard and customized packaging technologies include through-hole, surface mount, chip-on-board, and application specific sub-assemblies.

Qualifications:

- Student of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accountancy or any related course
- Must be computer literate

Process Engineers

Qualifications:

- Graduate of Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering
- With at least 2 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates with good potentials are welcome to apply
- With good understanding of statistical tools and six sigma methodologies
- Team player, hard working, with strong desire for learning

Design and Development Engineer (Mechanical)

Qualifications:

- Mechanical Engineering Graduate
- With at least 2 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- With advance skills in 3D software modeling (like ProE, Solidworks, 3D Autocad0, mechanical design
- Willing to learn, can blend well with the team, demonstrates critical thinking and creativity

Jr. Finance Officer

Primary Function:

Ensures accuracy of Time and Attendance data to be forwarded to Outsourced payroll provider. Coordinate with payroll provider on issues arising from payroll processing. In-charge of payroll related transactions such as SSS claims, etc. In charge of Bank Reconciliation and Fixed Assets.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of Accountancy
- At least 6 months related experience
- Knowledge in SAP, excel spreadsheet and effective office procedures
