MANAGER, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Group Head of Corporate Communications in coordinating and supervising the research, development and implementation of various communications programmes and activities so as to meet the overall communications objectives for Pos Malaysia;
- Plan, organize and coordinate all designated areas of event management activities to ensure smooth organization and implementation of all events;
- Plan, implement and coordinate all designated areas of advertising and branding to ensure that all advertising and branding initiatives are carried out within approved budget so as to boost company’s corporate image and brand;
- Plan, organize and coordinate all designated areas of media relations so as to ensure smooth organization and implementation of all media relations activities in getting positive publicity for the company;
- Plan, organize and coordinate CSR initiatives and community relations activities in the effort to boost the good image of the company as a socially responsible corporate citizen.
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree in Mass Communications, Event Management, Marketing, Advertising, Business Studies or any related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years experience with exposure in PR/ Corporate Communications/ Branding/ Advertising/ Events Management an advantage;
- Ability to operate excellently all MS Office applications;
- Creative, with excellent verbal and written communications skills (in English and Bahasa Malaysia) and able to write and edit materials within tight deadlines;
- Strong coordinating and organizing ability with meticulous attention to details for events management and other communications efforts;
- Customer-centric attitude with ability to interface with different levels of people effectively;
- A high level of drive, commitment and flexibility;
- Willing to work long and odd hours, as well as during weekends and public holidays.
CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT
(Selangor - Subang Jaya)
Responsibilities:
- To handle customer’s enquiries, requests and complaints via phone, e-mail, fax , mail inclusive walk-in customers.
- To ensure that customers’ enquiries, requests, complaints are properly and efficiently attended to.
- Must be good in time management and knows to prioritize job efficiently.
- To enter customer feedback and other relevant information into call centre database.
Requirements:
- STPM/Diploma and above qualification with minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Call Centre and Customer Service back ground will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written skills, in English and Bahsa Malaysia. Other language is an advantage.
- Good personality, good voicde, patient and professional work ethics.
- Customer Service oriented and customer focused.
- Able to work under pressure and able to work on shift rotation basis.
- Good listening skills and articulate in resolving problems over the phone.
- Good attitude with no unnecessary absenteeism and no tardiness problem.
- Good team spirit.
- Good computer literate.
ASSISTANT MANAGER, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:

MANAGER, AGENCY BUSINESS POSLAJU
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Produce regular report on performance of agencies.
- Monitor the sales business performance of agencies.
- Propose action to increase the sales and business performance of agencies.
- Conduct training to agencies (Sales, marketing & product)
- Develop strong relationship with agencies.
- Develop new agency business.
- Liaison Coordinator with PosNiaga for any new product/project to be developed jointly.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/ICT or equivalent,
- 5 years related working experience.
- Ability to interact with all level of people.
- Possess good communication, writing, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytical , independent, hardworking and self-motivated team player.
- Ability to achieve results and meet KPIs.
