Production Control Executive

Responsibilities:

- To report to Assistant Manager of Production Control Department.
- To prepare daily & weekly production schedules.
- To calculate machine capacity requirements.
- To prepare material requirement planning.
- To update production output against schedule and react if required in order meeting customers’ requirement.
- To oversee the entire operations of Production Control Department.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 1 year production planning experience.
- Working experience in Injection Moulding industry would be an advantage.
- Good communication and management skill.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and ERP system.
- Computer literate.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras Jaya, Balakong.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin and Cantonese would be an advantage.
- Full-Time positions available.

QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

- To work closely with the New Project Team and co-ordinate from project stage until mass production.
- To prepare QA records and reports of test results.
- To identify process & quality problems and implement the countermeasures required.
- To ensure that incoming parts quality meets quality standard set / required.
- To ensure that all products delivered to customers meet requirements as specified.
- To attend to customers on quality issues, develop in-house improvement program and ensure cost effective quality management.
- To ensure that QP is implemented effectively.
- To ensure that the QA personnel are continuously educated, trained and developed in order they are competency.
- Promotion of SPC techniques.
- Responsible for effective document control.
- To follow up specific problems as advised by the Quality Manager.
- To perform other assigned ad-hoc activities.

Production Engineer (Injection Moulding)

Responsibilities:

- To oversee and ensure smooth operations in the Injection Moulding Department which includes process control, manpower arrangement, quality, etc.
- To manage continuous improvement projects in order to improve product quality and manpower efficiency.
- To carry out mould test, troubleshooting, machine maintenance and manpower training.
- To implement ISO 90001 & ISO 14001 activities and to maintain the ISO documents.
- To optimize moulding cycle time, parameter setting and operation standards.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Injection Moulding industry.
- Having hands-on experience in mould set-up, troubleshooting and mould test would be an advantage.
- Able to manage group of technicians and workers.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras Jaya, Balakong.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
