Product Executive
(Selangor - Based in Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

- Develop business strategies for assigned brands to attain profit objectives
- Develop plans to build support for and awareness of the brands
- Manage the marketing budget in a cost effective manner
- Implement launches and product initiatives

Requirements:

- University graduate with 1 - 2 years’ experience in marketing, product management or sales
- Experience in FMCG or OTC products will be highly regarded
- CIM with several years related experience will also be considered
- Pro-active with initiative and perseverance to follow through and complete tasks assigned

Sales Coordinators
(Selangor - Based in Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Sales Managers and sales team on sales orders, pricing & approvals, incentive calculations, samples & POS material delivery, etc.
- Responsible for the filing of various departmental documents in an orderly & efficient manner
- Prepare various sales reports on Excel spreadsheets
- Liaise with internal departments (Warehouse, Accounts, IT & Customer Service) to follow up and resolve customer queries and orders
- Assist with other ad hoc projects and sales promotions from time to time

Requirements:

- SPM/Certificate/Diploma with 2-4 years’ related sales coordination and/or clerical support experience in a trading or sales & marketing company
- Proficient in the use of Excel (including pivot tables) as well as good with Microsoft Word
- A team player with pleasant personality, good telephone manners, meticulous with details & well-organised

Sales Representatives
(Based in Klang Valley/Ipoh/Penang/Johor Bahru/East Coast/Kota Kinabalu/Kuching)

Responsibilities:

- Promote, detail and sell a range of healthcare/OTC products to pharmacies

Requirements:

- Graduate with minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience, preferably in OTC/healthcare products
- Good rapport and familiar with OTC outlets
- Highly self-motivated, energetic and persistent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess own transport with a valid driving licence
- Willing to travel outstation
- Extensive sales and product training will be provided

Credit Executive
(Selangor - Based in Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

- Review new customer application and existing customer accounts
- Perform credit analysis which includes financial and nonfinancial data to determine and propose credit limit
- Control, update and monitor customer information/database
- Handle queries in a timely & professional manner and resolve disputes and reconciliation of accounts by maintaining good communication and coordination with cross functional parties
- Review and attend to all sales orders on credit hold in a timely manner
- Manage cash collections and receipts
- Compile and analyse data

Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Minimum 3 years’ in credit or accounts receivables or a collection environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Possess high work commitment, self supervised and able to work under pressure in a highly demanding environment
