MATERIAL REPAIR PLANNER
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring, recording, maintaining and updating pool inventory on a regular basis
- Preparing inventory data accurately and submitting inventory reports on a regular basis
- Support scrap replacement and set management process inclusive of gap check
- Preparing and safekeeping the necessary documents for pool parts
- Issuing delivery note and necessary documentation for scrap replacements and set management shipments
- Ensure that set management/scrap replacement POs are shipped out within the specified Turn Around Time (TAT)
- Coordinate and liaise within the various production and engineering personnel to ensure that TAT to the customer is met with the requested customer objectives
- Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline
- Good analytical and mathematical skills
- Self motivated and possess good working attitude
- Good interpersonal skill, assertive and able to work independently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good computer skills especially in MS Office i.e. Power Point, Excel and Word
- Able to work above the specified normal working hours should the need arise

MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE (ADMIN & PLANNING)
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

- Develop a practical and effective preventive maintenance program. Carry out PM jobs from the system and co-ordinate with the maintenance execution team or external sub-contractors to perform the PM task as per schedule. Update maintenance schedules and close all completed work orders as soon as appropriate.
- Plan spares and resources needed for carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks and ensure all plant down time is 100% utilized for maintenance activities.
- Set up equipment tree for all equipment to identify critical spare parts, develop / update PM and TPM task for new machine.
- Establish priority system so that technician knows which jobs should be done first. Appropriate and focused backlog of work is available and ready for implementation.
- Ensure effective periodic facilities and equipments maintenance records are maintained for audit and verification purposes.
- Generating maintenance performance reports and department KPI’s (eg. OEE, MTTR, MTBF, Uptime and etc).
- Formulate an efficient inventory system to provide adequate spares support for the maintenance of the facilities and equipments.
- Establish maintenance vendors/contractors list, negotiation activities, raise IDF’s and liaise with contractors for machine repair/maintenance and other building maintenance works.
- Monitor performance of supplier / contractor’s performance by seek feedback from team members in relation to supplier/contractors performance and conduct performance review.
- Monitor repair and maintenance expenditure for all machine centers as compared to budgeted figures

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in any Engineering/Management or equivalent
- Has at least 5 years experience in similar capacity.
- Good planning, analytical, store management, contractor management and organization skills will be preferred for the job
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia and leadership skills
- Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

Consumable Coordinator (Store)
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

- Monitor, arrange and store all items in the Consumables Store and Chemical Store by Part No., segregate “Quarantine Items” and “Project Items” from the rest of the consumables.
- Ensure the items in storage meet the requirements by QA and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and ISO 14001.
- Ensure all records are keyed accurately into accounting records and inventory control.
- Monitor closely the stock level of the consumable stores.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM holder.
- Has at least 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Self motivated and process good working attitude.
- Good interpersonal skill and assertive.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, excel, etc.

Quality Assurance Inspector (QAI)
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

- Carry out scheduled internal audits in accordance with the approved audit plan to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Update the Company’s Quality Management System Manual
- Carry out unscheduled audit and surveillance
- Provide follow-up audit to monitor compliance with recommended remedial action
- Perform Vendor audit to assess compliance with company quality requirements
- Conduct spot check on Technical Manual, Service Bulletins (SB), Airworthiness Directive (AD) and other publications, inclusive of customer’s manuals to ensure currency
- Recommend amendments to existing procedures with the view to improve quality level of the company
- Maintain the QA filling
- Monitor the completion of CARs and investigation report (8D Reports)
- Support the QA Manager and the Senior Quality Assurance Inspector (QAI) in managing the quality management system within the company
- Advise the QA Manager of any problems encountered
- Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Quality Assurance or its equivalent to aviation related field
- Has at least 3 years working experience in QA related field
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good computer skills especially in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point
- Understanding of ISO 9000 quality management system; preferably attended internal quality audit course
- Good technical report writing skills
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Workshop Engineer - Product
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:

- Implement new repair scope into ASSB existing repair capability.
- Prepare engineering guidelines and procedures for the individual repair process.
- Develop and compile the documentation according to approved engineering data.
- Supervise First Article Inspections (FAI).
- Support Production in improving effectiveness of production lines with regards to processes.
- Evaluate applicable changes from revised OEM Manual and to incorporate it into the Process Instruction.
- Perform and supervise commissioning and acceptance of equipments and machineries for ASSB.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/ Aerospace Engineering or its equivalent.
- Working experience in an overhaul and/or repair (aviation) environment is an added advantage.
- Ability to read technical material, develop analysis and make recommendations.
- Good knowledge and experienced in one or more of the following processes preferred: TIG Welding, Plasma Spray, Heat Treatment, CNC Machining and Shot Peening.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet project timeliness in a fast paced environment.
- Have knowledge of continuous improvement, quality and lean principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
