Responsibilities:
You will provide optimum psychosocial and emotional care to the patients so that they can cope better with their medical and living conditions. You will be responsible for individual and group therapy and will work closely with multidisciplinary professionals as you pursue holistic care for patients. There will be opportunities to be involved in supervision of undergraduates pursuing social work, networking with government and community agencies, and training and research.
Requirements:
- Registered Social Worker (RSW) with Singapore Association of Social Workers preferred
- Bachelor Degree in Social Work/Graduate Diploma in Social Work
- Master Degree in Counselling/Post Graduate Diploma with healthcare experience, will be an advantage

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Medical Technology with Medical Technologist License and Malaria Parasite License
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a clinical laboratory setting with supervisory role of managing operations and staff
- Applicants with phlebotomy skills and experience in regulatory and accreditation of laboratory operations would have an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead, supervise, guide and train subordinates are essential
- Confident, resilient, result oriented and a team player
- Possess decision making capability for problem solving and able to work with general public and capable of handling hostile or disgruntled patients

Nurse Clinician (Infection Control)

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the institution of infection control practices, and the surveillance and audit of compliance to infection control in our 9 polyclinics. In addition, you will be a resource person, advisor and trainer for infection control matters for all health care workers. You will also be responsible to review current practices based on new evidence and quality indicators, and conduct relevant research in infection control where evidence is unavailable.
Requirements:
Applicants must possess a degree in nursing, relevant training and experience in Infection Control, and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. A pleasant personality, strong desire for high standards and the drive to be a change agent will be the distinct advantages in this position.
Financial Counsellor

Responsibilities:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the counselling of patients on the use of CPF (Central Provident Fund) Medisave accounts, explain chronic care management packages available at our polyclinics, process case documents and work with polyclinic staff to provide a pleasant visit experience for patients.
A financial counsellor is expected to perform all of the following areas of financial counselling functions:
Financial Counsellor’s Office
- Provide financial counselling for Family Physicians’ patients.
- Assist in Medisave sign-up and renewal.
- Daily reconciliation of MAF (Medisave Application Form).
- Ensure the proper filing and safeguarding of MAF.
- Retrieval and duplicate MAF when requested by patients.
- Provide counselling for Baby Bonus sign-up.
- Assist in Baby Bonus application and other administrative processes.
- Update Medisave status.
- Provide waiver counselling, determine how much appropriate wavier percentage to be granted to patient.
- Counsel patients on the use of Medisave Draw Down Scheme.
- Liaise with Finance Department on refund, service code and charges, Medisave finance-related issues.
Clinical Support
- Assist other operations support staff when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in general administration or customer service
- Pleasant disposition and personality.
- Able to communicate in simple English. Proficiency in dialects will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
